you say that you didnt change the graphics settings.. Possibly it is not se on max graphics by default. So you must set it to max and then see if it is better than console or not. Anyway the game is playble even in russian??

i only see a blur line in the menu,nothing else..
and the game is in black and white.cant change it since i only see a blur line where it should be a menu..
i never used starfoorce,only nodvd crack,and it works btw..

the game is supposed to be in black and white to start with, it's how the makers have made it, not long into the game it turns into colour.
have you tried the english language and text fix ?

3rd or 4th checkpoint crash?
here is the solution...................
it is H.Misc_ru.cache file problem........
so cut the H.Misc_ru.cache file from game folder and paste on any other place.....but after cut it u does not so the menu......but the game will play smoothly...no crash point will come...after clear the crash point just paste the H.Misc_ru.cache file in the same destination

Yeah, I'm installing right now and it seems like it's frozen, but it's definitely not. I can see the cache files in the install directory getting bigger. So if you think it's frozen, it's not, just leave it.

Great and smooth,My big trouble is that;After leaving the game (after a checkpoint).Ican only go back to the beginning.I don't know what to Click on 1st screen to continue the game where I left.

running with an ati HD4850 and i have experienced no crashes or bugs.
I have english audio thanks to the fix on this page and also english menus.
please note, the first chapter of this game is in black and white, it's meant to be, was on 360 and ps3.
for best gfx all three boxes in gfx menu should be ticked
for english menus use the trivium crack (google it peeps) and then follow the brainless bob's advice here:
