Guys,
I am new at this but even I realize that the torrent program will limit uploads by default. If you have 100% of this file, please update your settings to allow others to download.
With uTorrent 1.7.7, just hit CTRL+P (for preferences), click Queueing, and increase the numbers in the section "Seed While". By default, it only uploads the file 1.5 times, which is probably why so many of us are waiting and waiting and waiting for the file, even though tens or even hundreds of "seeders" are available.
Thanks. Hopefully we can get more than 6.7% of this file.
