Hi, previous torrent of dp4 works just fine, make a bootable dvd with disc utility the only problem is a macbook model that doesn't support a gesture that's all.

i mounted using disc utility and it goes to install but half way through it stops and says could not be installed. Any ideas as to whats going on?
Ive attempted twice and re burnt the image twice.
would be good to have it working to try it out.

There is a newer version out with "e" at the end of the version that is said to fix some of the macbook install issues, etc. Haven't seen it in the wild yet though.

Mounted the dmg and installed it there, that went well. Macbook restarted as it should have. Installation continued but stopped after 5 minutes. Will wait until July.
My snow leopard is still here though (thank god!!!)

FYI: this was failing repeatedly for me, so I poked around and repaired the hard disk that I was trying to install it on, and it worked first try.

you have to use the main disk, that came with your mac and run disk utility on the disk and repair your mac hd
