Si, jode bajarse 35,4gb y ver que se desincroniza progresivamente todos los audiospues bueno aqui os dejo la solucion:
-demultiplexar con tsMuxer y pasarlo a m2ts quitando los subtitulos, asi el audio funciona perfectamente
-espero que a alguien le sirva pues llevo varias semanas buscando una solucion para sincronizar el audio
