here's how to make the uniloader work for version 1.11 (i haven't tried this torrent yet but if it's new, this trick definitely works with the old one)
first, download an old version of M&B.
Then DON'T patch it yet, crack it with the uniloader first. After you patch it with uniloader, download the latest version of M&B, then install it OVER your current Mount and Blade directory.
That should overwrite your old M&B files, then patch it with uniloader again.
Now you just have to launch your M&B with uniloader everytime you want to play it.
(There's a bit of problem though, last time i did this, my game crashed everytime i exited out of it. It would freeze your M&B screen, so just alt+tab out of it. This only happens when you exit out, so I'm not sure if it's harmful or not)
And buy the game, I love it. Don't deny it, I know you're willing to spend a couple of bucks for this ingenious game.

the reason why you have to use uniloader before you patch your current game to the latest version of M&B is because the manual activation feature who happens to be part of a step on how to make the uniloader work, was removed in the 1.003 and above patches.
i'm bad at explaining things. so don't worry about it, just try to follow my instructions from my previous post

Can someone help me please, when I open the uniloader and continue, it sais "can't create process" (I've got everything installed properly, the right version, no download fails, tried downloading again: nothing changed).
Help would be appreciated.

yeah it works for 1.011 perfectly. i use it and never had any problems.

1. extract it to your mount&blade directory
2. run it
3. click ok
4. run it again
6. you will be prompted to register the product
6. select the: enter your serial key
7. on the bottom click: manual activation
8. fill all the blanks with capital letter a (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.......)
9. click ok
10. if prompted to activate again just close it
10. run the Mount and Blade-Uniloader.exe again and voila - you are free to play
Remember to start the game with the crack from now on

I AM SO CONFUSED, i put in AAAAAAA etc and it just tells me to register again, i close it, asks again, do it again, its not working my version is currently at 1.0

Crack Works.
Just follow jauniskis instructions.
If you don't know what your M&B directory is, it is usually in Program files/Mount and Blade (on your Hard drive).
When extracting jut extract it to that Mount and Blade folder.
