[NDS]Working Chrono Trigger [JAP-ENG] DSTT

First of all this was tested with the DSTT(or TTDS whichever you like) flashcard on the 1.16 firmware. 1.Drag the Chrono Trigger.nds into on of your folder whichever you like. 2.Overwrite the current USERCHEAT.DAt file with this one 3.Turn on the DS go onto the Chrono rom and go to the cheat options. 4.Turn on the (No m3)Anti Piracy cheat and you can play the game now FTommy

Works a treat...I got through the first teleporter no probs...fingers crossed the rest plays the same ( playing on an R4 card by the way.)

Followed your shitty directions, and nothing works.
How exactly do you go to cheat options for NDS games? I know hoe to use cheats for nes.snes games, but not on regular nds games.

I feel sorry cuz u can't READ!I said i tested it on DSTT so i don't know shit about the R4 cuz i don't own one.I wrote down it works with R4 because llookk said it works for him.Ask him about the r4 instructions!

I was't giving you shit, I just assumed those were the directions for r4 aswell.

I CAN tell that the game DOES work, but I get a whack error prompt and it won't load.

Well i'm on V1.18 R4 and it works for me.... I simply overwrote the USERCHEAT.DAT I had on my R4 with the one nofx98 provided.....and the anti piracy cheat was on there along with ALOTTTTTTTTTT of other ones that I'm using (which is gonna ruin my enjoyment of it!!

lordshaq.......stupid question but you did enable the anti piracy cheat didn't you? getting stuck in the teleporter is what happened before the fixed version!

Worked fine.
Just make sure that you update your flashcard's firmware to the most recent version. Older versions may not be compatible.
Also, you can get the latest cheat database for your flashcard at http://cheats.gbatemp.net/
Just get the one that's for your card.

Started from scratch - downloaded 1.18 and copied JUST the chrono nds file onto card
Copied USRCHEAT file into system folder and erased CHEAT file that was there
Cheat menu showed up
ALL OK

So far I've just gotten past city 16 (people who've played it know what I'm talking about) and it's still working. I don't think it's likely to crash on me. Wicked fun game, I don't usually like older games but this is awesome. Everyone should play this! +1
