Horrible, horrible video. Looks like someone pushed it through a shitload of destructive filters. Contrast totally bled-out, colors all burnt like 70s film, looks like nearest-neighbor resizing, i.e. blocky jagged edges, lots and lots of artifacts and ringing.
Impressive, really. The 700MB version is actually better quality.
