Well, to seed this torrent, seding being another word for sharing, you need to have a Torrent program installed on your computer (utorrent, azureus, or other).
Then you need to open your torrent in that program, and you also need to have the files that the torrent consists of (in this case, seems to be 4 audio files). Once you open the torrent in utorrent, you can choose to "Check" the torrent. utorrent will then scan the 4 audio files on your hard drive, and make sure that they are as the torrent file says they should be. Once everything checks out, you will be able to share the files with others.
Since you have created this torrent file, I am assuming that you have a torrent program installed that you used to create it with. So just open the torrent in there, and make sure the program finds the audio files (usually putting them in the folder that you have chosen as your main download folder will do the trick).
