okay, got it figured out.
but now I cant get it full screen, and it tends to get sluggish pretty quick

@bren95: go to options and set it to fullscreen instead of windowed. This is awesome. It works great and I am playing it works perfectly. THANKS!!!

When you unpack or unzip the .rar file you will see one file (with the game logo) and yet another file you need to unzip. Unzip that next file.
You will now have two files. The original file with the green logo AND a file called 'blackhawkstriker2am'. Open the 'blackhawkstriker2am' file, this will install the game. WHEN the screen prompts you to launch the game, DO NOT LAUNCH! Instead close that window.
Now go to your 'Program Files' folder and find the Wild Tangent Games folder. In there, open the Blackhawk Striker folder. You will see a file with the same green logo as the original folder you are installing from.
Now copy the original green logo file in the original folder and paste it in new the folder. It will ask you if 'YOU WANT TO REPLACE', blah, blah. Yes, replace.
That's it. You can now launch and play the game.
