December 2007 Update for CodeGear RAD Studio 2007

Important: You must have CodeGear RAD Studio Update 3 for Delphi 2007/C++Builder 2007 installed for this patch to work. This patch will not install correctly on any previous versions. To be sure, open up the about box and ensure that you have version 11.0.2804.* installed. If the third number in that sequence is less than 2804, do not install this patch.
