Skulle gissa på att det är PAL version, enligt Nforce så har det släpps en multi2 version av MGS3 nyligen så chanserna är väll hyfsat stora. Dock så är den även releasad PAL multi2 med språken spanska och italienska vilket nog få vill ha. Skulle dock gärna få höra det säkert innan man tankar ner en 4 gigs fil så....:

Jag laddade ner en MGS 3 version för rätt länge sen (1-2 månader sen?)
Måste säga att jag inte är imponerad alls av grafiken, sen när jag kollar på gamespot.com screenshots så blir man jävligt häpen. Då börjar jag fundera på om filen som kom ut förut hadde sämmre grafik en orignella?
Och nu har en ny realease kommit... någon som laddar denna. Kan vara snäll och säga om grafiken är bättre än förra release? eller mer info varför den släpps om?

Flyinghigh: ja det är skillnad mellan PAL och NTSC grafikmässigt, ja PAL versionerna är bättre grafik dock ingen monsterförbättring plus att NTSC har bättre bilduppdatering dvs. spelen flyter bättre på NTSC. De flesta stillbilder som släpps är förskönade till viss del speciellt om de kmr ifrån utvecklarna själva, dock så tvivlar jag på att det kan vara en gigantisk skillnad kan vara releasen men också det verkar för mig föga troligt testa dock med PAL det kan bli en trevlig upplevelse ;)

Tackar för denna releasen, riktigt bra kvalité, inga problem än så länge! Språket är Engelsk text och engelskt tal för alla som oroade sig för det (inklusive mig själv :)). För övrig så får det plats 4,7 gb på en dvd skiva till herrn som undrade. Jag brännde det i 2x på en princo dvd-r skiva i alkohol, funkar perfekt!

hehe, bara en gb på DVD, stor poäng de hade vart då. softdisc använder du till att bränna ut skivor, men du kan lika gärna använda nero om du vill. bara du bränner den som image och i låg hastighet.
och ja, det är till ps2.

Du sätter i en DVD+/-R i din DVD brännare, startar valfritt brännprogram t ex nero eller alcohol120% och väljer att bränna *.iso filen på skivan. Du måste vara noga med att välja "Bränn skivavbild till skiva" eller motsvarande, annars kommer skivan inte kunna bootas av någon PS2:a i världen...
Jag tar för givet att du har en modchippad ps2... annars finns det ingen poäng i att ladda ned spel...

This is the PAL version wich have more monkey missions than the NTSC version and this one has Duel mode and Demo Theatre. Perfect game.
Superb graphicks and stunning scenes. Almost maked me Cry. A Must Download. 1000 Times better then Splinter Cell 3 : Chaos Theory. MGS 3 is a blockbuster game wich never gonna be forgoten. If you are interested Metal Gear Solid 3 : Subsistence will release in november 2005.
MGS 3 Subsistence has an ONLINE mode there you play terrorists and agents. Very Exciting. However, tis is a must download for everybody.

the thing is, that we don't use emulators. Though as cool as that would be, computers right now can't handle the speed and load of information required for emulating anything more advanced than the playstation 1 or the n64. We burn the games to dvds and play them on chipped ps2s and so. Sorry dude, you'll have to wait until they improve the emulators or the computers gets faster.

i was told that swap magic also works just fine but i used dvd crypter, nero, and clone dvd choosed iso wite used a dvd-rw sony type and nothing is working for me. oh and i got the magicswap version 3.6 with the slide card. so it suports both pal and ntsc but nothing has worked for me so far can some one tell me what im doin wrong pls.

Guys.. this format is Dual Layer, or, as swap magic says: DVD-9, which it does not support, u need HDAdvance 3.0 to get it work, and u have to upload via network and evrything, its hard to explain cuz i just got theese stuff for my ps2, but i am taking pictures and im gonna make total walkthrough soon, il keep u posted in this forum when its out.

One way to get this (and other downloaded PS2 games) working without a modchip is by using a program called HD Advance v3 (you'll ned a PS2 ethernet adapter and a harddrive too). The program let's you store games on the harddrive and play them without the original disc. By connecting the PS2 to a PC via a crossover network cable you can transfer games directly to the PS2 HDD without even having to burn anthing. You do need to buy the harddrive and the program tough (because a downloaded version of the program wouldn't boot on a non-chipped PS2). But look at it as an investment. You (almost) never have to buy PS2 games again (it works for about 95% of the games available today). Also, it works with DVD9 (dual-layer) games.

For the PCSX2 users... This does not work. Once downloaded, booted via the program and started, whenever you push a button(wether it's X,O,triangle whatever) you return to the main screen. It's impossible to start the game no matter what buttons you configure in the PCSX2 configuration menu. Download some other one.
