If you are using this voice with TextAloud,
the one adjustment you should make
in TextAloud regardless of which voice you
use is..
Set the "Audio Destination Device ID"
from the MicroSoft default to your sound card.
TextAloud > "Options" > "Select Audio Device".
Select your audio sound card from the list
at the top left, and click the "OK" button.

This one is my favorite voice, even the Ivona voices are more advanced.
