I'm getting ~90KB/s instead of 1,2MB/s

So you are pissed because you just get 90KB/s instead 1,2MB/s and then you say that you upload at 36KB/s. Do you realize the you need 30+ people uploading at a little 36KB/s for just one person that get 1,2MB/s. " I hope for a time everybody realizes it benefits themselves to increase their upload speed." You download 3 X faster you upload

I wish I knew how to increase my upload rate, I want to give back what I take but I can't seem to get it to go any higher.
