I don't suppose anyone would care to seed this one

takSlasher (2009-02-13)

I Even know why anyone wants to seed this File!!!
I dont know why you people split it into many rar files!!!
When i am downloading it i unzip it delete all rar files, thats why i supose no one is seeding it!

doser69 (2009-03-02)

No, retard
It's a scene release.
EVERYTHING is rar'd, unless its uploaded by little fucks who have no idea how the scene works.
EVERYTHING IS RAR, WITH SFV
Only complete noobs extract stuff before creating the torrent.
Utter utter noobs.

doser69 (2009-03-02)

P.S. Thanks AiTB

doser69 (2009-03-02)

I mean, takSlasher, you must be a serious noob not to understand why EVERYTHING is RAR'd
1. Because its split into disks, this has been done since literally 1996.
2. So if there is a corrupt packet, you only have to download 1 disk again, not THE ENTIRE 2.23GB
3. To stop file corruption
4. Noob.

Thanks for the BD-rip upload, although I didn't know this was uploaded because I had always searched for "Bender's Game" instead of "Benders Game" (without the apostrophe); only with the latter does this torrent come up in TPB searches, oh well.
@doser69
And as I understand it, split-archiving became popular for distributing large files over IRC. (as another reason ^^)

Seed please! Im getting 0 kb/s

HIyaalll (2011-05-14)

Puhleyse.. since it's a torrent the "need to reload the entire file" argument is mute and antiquated..
And if the fact that it has been done since a long time ago is a valid reason to continue even though technology steps forward why aren't the rars 1.44MB so they would fit 3.5" disc;s?? That was also tradition at some point.
However I would accept the extra checksumming to be an advantage.. specially since it seems to be a fact that the checksumming in torrents sometimes accept blocks that are clearly faulty. Considering the unlikeliness of this happening by a fluke I assume that it is the result of some anti-piracy corporation.
Main reason why you should NOT send it as rars.. the general idea is that people should keep seeding for a while AFTER the complete download, and most people do NOT feel like using twice the harddrive space for something, which you would have to to both be able to use, AND seed, so many of the good folks who WOULD continue seeding do not.
