It is legit, however a re-encode of the AAC files in another torrent.
Also, this album is a total letdown. I was looking forward to it because of The Flood but the rest of the album is utter shite.
I don't like this "new" Escape The Fate. -.-

What the hell happened to Escape the Fate?
at first i was excited about the new lead signer, craig mabbit from his previous work with blessthefall.
The singles they released over the summer (the flood, the guillotine pt 2) sounded good.
The rest of the album is total crap. There no way in hell I'm buying this album.

Also the album doesn't suck. Theres less screaming in it than in blessthefall's or ETFs old album. Its totally different but refreshing & diverse and its really good. To each his own but i personally suggest this as a download.

Ya. It's good. Way better than the previous albums. I'm not a very "Screamo" guy, and I always said that Escape the Fate would be good if there was no screaming, then this album comes out. Good CD

What happened to old ETF?
Well, first of all, I'll state the obvious, Ronnie went to jail and left the band then Craig joined the band. The only song on the album written by Craig was "The Flood" the rest was written by Ronnie. He changed the style. I prefer Craigs voice but i would like to hear more screaming in their 2010 album.
