Good quality cam capture with moderately adequate audio quality. All-in-all, damn nice seeing it actually make it up on the same day the film was released.
This version is entirely in Russian and also subed in Russian (for alien dialogue.)
There is no English cam available at the moment (and not just at PB, but everywhere,) but typical waiting time on majorly hyped, heavily protected films like this one is around 10 days or so. So, it's really a matter of patience.
People may be lucky enough today to catch an english version upload, and with it numerous seeds within a reasonable amount of time.
So, hang tight.

There are no english cam captures of District 9 over at Mininova, or anywhere else for that matter. Not yet, anyway.
Mininova has ONLY english audio files that you have to sync up with your video. Even then, the audio is so awful you can't understand it regardless. But it's better than nothing.
This all isn't to mention that you have no idea what any of the aliens are saying because they are entirely subbed in Russian, no matter what audio you are listening to.
An (understandable) English capture of this movie is going to be extraordinarily difficult, or very time consuming to get a hold of. District 9 is just too insanely popular at the moment.
The only drawback to incredibly awesome movies like this one, is how goddamned desperate and tireless their anti-piracy goons are about stopping leaks. They seriously will do just about anything to those ends...

Hey Lassik, maybe you'd like the movie in Hindi or Arabic? Mandarin Chinese? Russian is the 8th most spoken language in the world. And is spoken by more people than German, French, Italian and Japanese. Calling it so far down the totem pole is a dire insult. Russian is a fantastic language with a rich literary tradition. If you were to pick another language to learn, you could do far worse than Russian. It will keep you entertained, perplexed and will significantly challenge you.
