I think that Burzum's music is supposed sound rough. they do it on purpose to achieve the "Corpse sound".

It's made rough. You don't need to download it at a shitty bitrate to make it more rough. No matter how lo-fi the music is you should try to get it at the highest bitrate possible. That way, you can catch all of the intricacies that low bitrates omit.
