People, you ruin the efficiency here.
What is the point in such big files? You think you can gain quality by increasing bitrate and frame size only? It is calculated from original and no new info in it. At least no valuable new info.
The one who has such good equipment to see it with this "quality" can also get a pretty affordable (free) piece of software to re-convert it on his own.

With a file of this size high speed seeding is necessary.
