This game like virtually all others released after June '11 requires 3.60 firmware (it has 3.60 keys, so no amount of fiddling with game files will get it to play). Only solution is get a xbox 360/xbox version or hope for new 3.60+ cfw that may never come. Basically games like this are a waste of time, bandwidth, and storage to dl/seed. Why in the long run it's best to tell sony to kiss your ass and go with microsoft as their hacking community is more active (they release an update and it's hacked a month later) and only 5 games are unplayable out of 1000+, and virtually everything sony has microsoft does too.
