wareagleau, honestly the torrent is listed under an e-book you muppet, to put this as easy as I possibly can without insulting your inteligence, an e-book is like a book but its online, if you bought a book would you expect the actual mod to be in there??? NO!

This is a hardmodding tutorial, not softmodding. Hardmodding is where you take out any sort of hardware and modify it. Softmodding is where you mod the 360 without touching the hardware, IE firmware only.

Anyone who decides to hardmod your Xbox 360, you can save yourself some trouble and download Ashampoo Burning Studio from here. Burns, and rips discs and if you have the write disc, you can delete the data on it and try again. It'll even double-layer discs. Does quite a bit. Hope someone finds this useful. Great DL though. It is complex, but it seems like it would be totally doable.
One question:
If one were to purchase an Xbox 360, which is the easiest DVD drive to work with?
Maybe that can't be answered, but if you had your choice, which DVD drive would you chose, and why?
