to Waltorhomington I haven't finished downloading but I do have a demo version and It uses java so my suggestion Is to check that you have java and if you do check its version.

Okay heres how to fix for vista
Whenever something says it cant open, its usually because its not compatible. Right click, then go to properties, then click Compatibility then choose "XP" "2000" etc etc or whatever that works for you

On Vista Ultimate x64:
I changed it to WinXP sp2 mode and installed like a charm.

I tried compatibility as XP SP2 on WIN 7...No luck.
