23-29 are indeed corrupt, dbpoweramp reports them "clRIFFHANDLER::ScanFile" and the FLAC is about 40-50KB in size. Trying to convert in Monkey Audio those same tracks "hang" the conversion at 82.82%.
Easy to fix if you use a sound editor like SoundBooth
