It is considered one of the most influential works in American literature. The novel, in which a young recruit in the American Civil War is faced by the cruelty of war, made Crane an international success. Although he was born after the war and had not at the time experienced battle firsthand, the novel is considered an example of Realism. About the Author Stephen Crane (1871-1900) was born in New Jersey and was the last of fourteen children. While The Red Badge of Courage is considered Crane's masterpiece, he is also known for another brilliant yet grim work of fiction, Maggie, A Girl of the Streets (1893), as well as his poetry and journalism. Crane moved to Europe in 1897 and died in Germany at the age of twenty-nine from tuberculosis.

Each of the 88 Files are Clipped short,,, don't know wether by a word,,, a sentence,,, or the equivalent of a page of text. like reading a book with pages ripped out. shame.

Unfortunately Christopher is right, the end of every mp3 is cropped and there is no indication as to how much is missing which makes this torrent next to useless as an audio book - sorry Ferrabit, it's not a personal comment just, yea.
There is another version at which I am hoping will be better but unfortunately this doesn't have many seeders so I can't comment on the quality yet.
