If you want lvl 1 then Delete the Players map
The saves will be deleted and when you start playing a new save will be made ;)

When i try to open it, i get a "iw4mp.dat has stopped working" close program, i close it then "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.
Anyone know what to do? thanks.

I fixed it, never mind.
If you have the same error, I fixed it by going to Control pannel - System - Advanced - performance settings - Data execution prevention - Go to Add, and Add iw4mp.dat to that list.
Only follow that if you have
(0xc0000018) App error, or
(0xc0000005) App error
Hope this helps someone in the future.

I think everybody who has a problem. here is a list how to fix it (prob). 1: download the latest graphic drivers from nvidia. 2: make sure that you have directx 10 or higher. 3: download a mw2 crack, check if it's have "iw4mp" 4: copy the cracked iw4mp.dat and paste it to your installed folder (the folder when you launch the game) 5: start the mother fucka game for god damn... i mean it works. enjoy!! don't forget to use cracked servers (just sometimes i think)
