I just watched Louis Theorux's film on them in crisis and i'd like to say that although I'm also an atheist, I think I understand these people, which Theroux doesn't. They firmly believe what they say and it is clear that the bible says that homosexuality is a damnation, so they follow that, although many might disagree. I'd like to suggest to them in order to convey their message more effectively to make a short film showing god (jesus) coming down to earth in the midst of great destruction and fire of the unbelievers and them and their families being slowly raised to an eternity of bliss for being true believers, but at the same time while being so elevated, looking down with some degree of pity and concern for all those suffering souls below, showing thus that they are not indifferent to human feelings. If they showed that video in their demonstrations on a big screen, then people would at least understand why they do what they do. Finally, having seen what pretty young girls they have as members without marriageable young male prospects around, I hope some young guys join their group so they can have husbands they can marry.

sarsapil the bible is a book not unlike any other book available at amazon. it was also written and re-written over and over again by men..not mankind but men. the bible also says women are basically property and that men are allowed to beat them, believe it to be legal to own slaves and legal to stone to death non-believers as well as other "crimes". This is why I do not get into discussions about religion....mini-brains such as yours take the bible literally, pick and choose what they think is true and abide what they want to. Who the hell are you or anyone to say that homosexuality is wrong (I am straight FYI). Furthermore, I mean no disrespect to anyones beliefs but Christians worship Jesus and there are dozens of ideas of what Jesus looked like yet he was never photographed nor sat for a portrait. So you do not even know what you are worshipping. Plus the whole idea od G-D having a son is plain ridiculous. And what the hell does " he will rise" mean? Rise from where...the dead? It is numbnuts like this ass**** Fred Phelps who make religion a joke. Religion is based on faith. Who is he or anyone to say what is right and what is wrong. Some guy with a pointed hat sitting in Rome issues an edict and millions follow blindly. Do the names Jim Jones and Waco mean anything to you? I am agnostic with a strong emphasis toward atheism. Everything happens for a reason people say....what reason were 20 5-10 year olds killed last week? And if AIDS is G-ds punishment for homosexuality, how are babies born with HIV guilty.
