I'd guess the amount of distributed copies versus your completion is a calculation or conversion problem rather then someone dangling a few bits in your face not letting you have it. We miss about 3MB, which, if sequential, whould be approximately 6 seconds of video. I'm beginning to wonder how fixable this is.

It's complete now. I was starting to worry if it was a tracked film, due to the perfect placement of incomplete data, but it was just on the last few bits, a coincidence.
The film looks great, a small bit of fuzz out character outlines.

1. I can't believe I actually found this. About once every two years for the last fifteen years I've been trying to remember the name of this movie, and when I finally manage to locate it through google it's on PB =D
2. I would greatly appreciate it if someone were willing to seed for me so I can watch it over the winter hols.
