In case anyone is interested it was released Jan 2004, not that much will have changed since then ;-)
@teetee - the CD's look like they were originally meant to run and install on a MAC. You'll need to write the ISO's to CD, or mount them to a virtual drive. Afraid I don't know what the best virtual CD/DVD software is for the MAC. Anyway, once written or mounted, it should autorun for you.
