Nabendu Ghosh a famous bengali author/director has made this film based on a story by Saradindu Bandopaddhyay another fantastic bengali author .The two creative stalwart of Bengal have contributed to making this film, which is a classic of its genre. The plot of this story is set in Ancient India in the Gandhara period probably under Kushan rule in a small Buddhist monastery amdist the vast emptiness of Amu Darya. I have watched this film on DD network yons ago and I could love to watch it again. Can anyone upload a good from a rip from a digital source (DVD/VCD) rather than a VHS rip.
