You would need a double layer DVD to burn this
i use verbatim DVD+R DL and burned with infrarecorder or imgburn

xtep (2011-11-20)

Do you just copy all the files that get extracted to disc? Any help would be great

hi nimika i burn this iso file with nero and with dvd double layer, in the screen only show check map disc and others two bottons open/close and eject disc when put de dvd in dvd tray dont due nothing why?

r2digital (2013-02-02)

Gonna save you guys the headache. This ISO is not IMAGED PROPERLY. You need to extract all the contents using ultraiso. Then you need to recreate an ISO with ultraiso with these settings. Next to image click Data cd/ DVD. Then click the check box next to that (properties) and select the following options.
Media 8.5(7.95GB)
_______________
Cd File system
Iso 9660 / Joliet / UDF
___________________
ISO 9660 Filename Format
DOS 8.3
Omit ISO 9660 version number
__________________________
Joliet Filename Format
Standard(64)
Then hit ok
_________________________
Then drag all the files you extacted into the top half of the window. Next go to file > Save As and create a filename for your ISO. Once its done making a new iso file burn at 2.4X using verbatim DVD+R DL with imgburn or your favorite iso burning software. Good luck.

I followed r2digital's exact instructions. In my case (AVN 5510) when I hit Nav (map) it works for a minute or two then says "check map disk." After the initial error it will continue to say check map disk and I would have to turn the car off and on to get it to work again (for another minute or two).
I have played some other Dvds and they seem to work fine I just cant get the Nav to work. Has anybody tried this and can verify that it works not only for booting your system up but for Navigation as well?
Oh i've burnt over 3 of these Dvds, on two different burners on various Verbatim dual layers made in Singapore.
