Excellent historical account with plenty of references from an abundance of noteworthy historians and scholars throughout the centuries ! Thanks. Will be seeding this one on and off for a nice while, up to a ration of 100/1 - sooner the better, climb on-board people - this is a must read history lesson which impacts everyone even today !
