YES, this is a very good quality version of this film. But for the VERY HIGHEST QUALITY, you'll find it as part of a collection of TV series episodes and other Batman TAS movies offered by CDragoon. His TV episodes are of pretty good quality (though there are better - see my notes there); and the other two movies he offers, you can find better versions of, but his SubZero is the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST QUALITY torrent out there ENJOY:
