Based on the "why do people still give a fuck" comment I assume "deal with it" means, 'forget about it entirely.' Some people may find that hard to do when they lost loved ones in the trade centers or in the resulting illegal war with an innocent nation. It is difficult to "deal with it", as you so empathically put it, when the US is being swallowed by debt because of a war we cannot afford. It is difficult to deal with it when the cocksuckers that caused this tragedy have only benefited from their heinous actions. It is difficult to deal with it when one considered that the US is responsible for the near total destruction of Iraq -- a third of the people have left the country or are now homeless. Tons of depleted uranium poisoning the land and water for centuries to come. The list of reasons goes on and on, but I hope the few I've offered helps to answer your question.
