The reason ppl put torrents in ZIP or RAR files is that it has its own inbuilt error-checking..ie: You can't unzip the files unless they are 100% downloaded.
But with just an AVI or other single file, it may not be 100% complete, but will still seem to play ok, and this will introduce errors for everyone else... especially when the incomplete (99.9%) file is uploaded again.
Use the "force recheck" button to make sure your torrent is fully 100% downloaded.
