Unlike what bobo66 wrote above, my AVG Free claims the crack (or actually the program itself after having applied the crack) is a virus. AVG calls it "CryptExe".
If I am to use the program, I have to put the program under 'excluded files' in AVG or AVG removes the program file.
So does anyone knows if this crack/program is a false positive or whether it's an actual virus that will infect the PC badly?

ok, back after some time. Having installed this twice on different machines. Last time in August. Here's my experience:
I'm quite sure that this has got a real trojan or virus in it: The program has a dll. file which doesn't let itself remove after uninstalling the program (tag_menu.dll). Searches I have done show that other people have met the same problem with the same dll. file after installing (this?) mp3 Tag Pro. I am currently trying different programs to remove the dll. file.
Also it is worth knowing that the program anyway only works for about a month and then stops working, so the patch is useless - and is probably just a virus/trojan file as I said above. Also all the anti-virus programs I tested it with went beserk about this package, and I doubt it is false positive.
I would advice to steer away from this exact torrent and instead try one of the other mp3 Tag Pro that you find by a search here.
