I don't know, but it seems to be cracked and we get this from a 3rd party right? I'm going to try this on my Jailbroken iPhone 3G v3.1.3. Installous has an option for iTunes Sync or not. I'm going to try this.

I don't think you have to. I just putted the app in my itunes app folder and it automatically sync it
My iPod is not jailbreaked.
