Nevermind...
On Windows Vista x64 I am getting "Microsoft Internet Explorer" Error:
"Error (login):0x10e0 The operator or administrator has refused the request."
This comes up about every 5 minutes randomly.
The first time it ever happened was during this installation.
Note: Restarts and reg cleaners are not fixing this problem...This sucks!

Wow, This 0x10e0 error is bad news...I have tried every suggestion on the net to fix this with no luck. Gotta reinstall the OS. I have a feeling this is an incompatibility with 64 bit operating systems...or some deep rooted malware which the 0x10e0 error typically derives from. Finally got stung after years of torrents. lame.

To remove nasty hack, look for [filename]l.exe in windows\system32 next to filename.exe. Filename can be like powercfg. DIR *L.EXE in DOSbox is a good start.
In registry look for this program that invoked at startup. Disable it or change name. 0x10e0 error will stop.
