When you download a .torrent file from e.g. mininova from aXXo. You can the upload that torrent to TPB without having downloaded the movie yourself.
Conclusion:
You don't have to be aXXo to upload aXXo films altough we only know whether it is an aXXo movie or not when we have downloaded it. This time I trust circlensess because he has a green scull which means he earned respect from the guys of TPB themselfs.
