Hi there, i got a problem and would be very graterfull if any one can help.
1. i download the torrent.
2. after dl is done i go to my downloads and locate the transformers folder which contains the ISO.
3. i mount the ISO image.
4. i right click the ISO and click extract here.
5. i insall the game using the code provided.
6. once install completes i copy over the file in the crack folder to the binarys folder as instructed.
after i do all this and try to run the game it keeps telling me to insert the correct cd, am i doing anything wrong ?.

1 DOWNLOAD
2Mount the image but first you have to select a drive ||Select drive number 1||
3 its now mounted and ready to use, windows ->then computer double click the mounted image
4its now installing + remember installation directory
5 once installed copy the contents from the crack folder to where you installed the game
TIP (the crack file contains .exe files)
USE powerISO, the other ones are rubbish

fyi this game is retardedly hard on Hard mode especially the boss battles, they are very very very long. I didnt die once in the Omega Supreme battle but it still took me roundly 2 hours to kill the bastard. This is insane considering the BC2 single player campaign only took me 3 hours to finish.
I also got a bug with the special abilities auto activating upon releasing the fire button exposing me from my cover and resulted in many stupid deaths.

2. Mount the ISO file to a virtual CD drive (using either Daemon Tools Lite, PowerISO, etc.) or burn it to a DVD and insert it.
3. Setup should run by itself, otherwise go into My Computer and double click on your CD drive. Enter 'D5TA-WL3C-6QQJ-W77A-A6C5' when it asks for an installation key. Follow the prompts.
4. Go into My Computer, right click on the CD drive and click OPEN or EXPLORE. Open the CRACK folder. Copy TWFC.exe and use it to REPLACE the TWFC.exe found in the installation directory (C:\Program Files\Activision\Transformers - War for Cybertron\Binaries)

for me it works all fine. installation when flawless.
for the peeps wanting multiplayer: there is no MP crack. i searched like the hole TPB but found nothing.
game is very decent but the level build is almost the same as the ever old concept gamemakers use: walk trough hallways and shit, shoot creepy monters and after 5 levels u have to beat the boss and then do the next 5 levels and so on.
what i like are the graphics and being able to transform into a vehicle (animation of that is very smooth and good looking)
they even made a space level: be a transformer who can turn into a yet and have a battle in space near a space station.

@desperadoamfrnrntry updating your windows installer, that is what causes 99 percent of all windows installer errors. this seems to be the case with you since it seems the reloaded teams installer is causing errors for you, most people ignore windows updates and this is the result, of course your windows installer could be corrupted too i have had that happen alot myself. hope this helps!

there is one other possibility, Internet Explorer is linked directly to teh core of windows explorer, you have to have uncorrupted and updated IE to have windows function proper (i am not sure about vista and win7 on this) you could try reinstalling IE or updating it though you should have IE 8 already it might have been corrupted. oh and make sure you defrag too, alot of my strange probs are caused by frag and registry trash. Eusing is a great open sourse reg scanner.

download x padder and it will emulate a 360 controller...I do recommend buying a cheap 360 wired controller at least for 20 bucks at gamestop

Its not that much faster than my 4800 and I have 2 of them..so I can compete both my cards with the new gfx cards..every game exept with max aa or max af but 1080p none the less. 4 gigs of memory is recommended. try to aim for recommended game settings not minimum..because with minimum your going to have problems.

I had the PhysXLoader.dll error as well...an alternative to try instead of uninstalling PhysX & running CCleaner is to just try the 'repair' option. Worked for me.

NOOBS: I would strongly recomend burning an ISO image to a dvd, a quick way is to download IMGBurn and write the file to your DVDR, after this is done it's pretty much just insert disk into the drive and the autorun should start up and allow you're install, delete the ISO image after you've confirmed a proper burn. There are people who will help, just ask!

for people struggling with controller configuration in games, download Zpadder, its awesome.
you dont have to configure your controller ingame anymore, just configure your controller to read each button as a keyboard shortcut, can also use the controller as a mouse on your desktop too
