every time i change the gfx settings, it asks for a game restart then no new changes are added :(( Can anyone help ? Iv tryed running it as Admin.

Seeding is when you upload something.
So if I have 50% and you have 25%, I can upload the 25% that you need to you, and then we'd both be @ 50%.
And when we're both @ 50%, then someone with 75% or 100% would need to upload to us so we can get the rest.
Now isn't that just the best explanation you've ever heard about seeding?
