In ePSXe:
1. File>Run ISO.
2. Navigate to game folder.
3. Make sure to open the .cue file. NOT THE .bin
file.
4. Enjoy!!!

Your going to need an emulator called ePSXe and the SCPH BIOS 1001. After you get that running follow the step in the 3rd comment.

Hi! please can somebody tell me how to burn this on a dvd r or rw disc? and why is there two files? I use Nero 7 Essentials... i want to play it on a regular ps2 pal version!

I have a problem with this game
I've burned the game and played it on my modded ps2, everything works fine. Whenever I try to save (I have a PS1 memory card) the game freezes at "now saving". Can anyone help me with this?

Completely unable to play this or any other SH iso on any emulator, on any PC I use (I have a desktop AND laptop). Well, I COULD play, but some emus make the sound all choppy and/or mega-lag, plays super-fast, there are ugly white "sprite" squares around all objects, etc. Guess I'll never get to play the original Silent Hill.

Sleppmegin - Because the .cue file is the file you need to run within ePSXe to run the game.

@Amplified_Pumpkin Hmm thats not right. It ran just fine with the .bin file, so clearly it was not needed.
But, anyways, worked and played very fine. I'll reopen my torrent client and check my ratio before I delete it to make sure it can be seeded to at least 1:1 or more. Thx.
