and the notepad doc that the key is in is broken and resets explorer when touched/open/right clicked/ or moved.

1 If your having problems with ITOUCH Support download install with serial and update it works great!
2 If your having the 100 trial bull. You're stupid and you should've entered the serial provided.
3 If your saying this messed up your Ipod. You're stupid
4 If your saying it sucks because it makes your computer lag. Get a new computer because the one you have now is a piece of trash.
My First comment ever I had to, this is great great!
The drive that had all my music on died and I installed windows 7 so I had no back up I needed this bad to get my music off my Ipod touch so I didn't have to download everything again.

Alrighty.... this does work for itouch, along with anything else. anyone having problems ur doin shit wrong.
1) install it (if its giving you problems youre doing it wrong)
- if you are having problems close the process in the task manager. i think its something like "ipodmanager...." and retry the install. if you dont know how to use the task manager "Ctr+Alt+Del", google it...
2) activate it first thing
3) update it right after
4) install the new and close the old
5) connect your ipod

Works great!!! You MUST follow the directions step by step, some of these other guys spelled it out for us people. This is my first torrent in many years, it took me a bit to figure it out, but its all right here in black and white.

The best practice is not to have itunes installed before running the program. If you have start task manager ctrl-alt-del and end all itunes processes.

This particular version of 4media didn't detect my ipod when I attached it, but after an auto update to the newest version, it worked perfectly! I tried lots of others before, but this one was the only one that worked. Thanks so much for the upload!

Nice one, after searching the net for free shareware and downloading only to find out that they either didnt work or was a trial only...
This works perfectly for my old original 1st generation 4g ipod.
I suggest if anyone having problems, to read the instructions given and follow them step by step and it all works fine yippeee.

Works great, but you have to be patient. First register downloaded program then run update and instal 5.5.6 then restart and again update and instal 5.5.7 version and register again (same data). I almost gave up, but I am glad I didn't.
