How do you install it?

alrighty...
1: Unpack the zip files in dir using winrar or winzip (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm)
2: unpack the unpacked rar files (again, using winrar or winzip).
3: run setup.msi to install the game. the crack is pre-installed in that setup, so its all good. :D
4: play!
** if you want to use the unlocker to unlock all the levels:
1: Unpack pgn-bal2.zip from dir.
2: unpack pgn-bal2.rar.
3: place Buildalot2.ini in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\
Application Data\HipSoft\Buildalot2 directory.
4: play! (all towns will be open for play)
and thats about it. a true step-by-step guide! have fun... :D

Once again we have a good torrent totally ruined by a cunt of an uploader. Multiple ZIP's containing parts of a multipart RAR, each one with NFO's, etc.
No fucking need! Zip the MSI and the INI, who gives a flying fuck about the other shit here.

You see, dipshit, you should actually go bitch to all scene-groups (or on TE group, in this case, which pre'd this release) that packs releases with this scene standards (zip'ed, rar'ed, setup files&cracks).
while you're at it, you can spend the time to LEARN SOME SHIT IN YOUR LIFE and understand that all scene-groups pre their releases with this standard packing regulations.
