I removed Nero, PowerISO, and UltraISO. In their place, I now have ImgBurn. I have also removed Foxit, CWShredder, Flashget, AVG, and Registry Mechanic. Almost all of the software has been updated. Most of them are made by PortableApps.com
They are very easy to make, though.
When you are installing a program, you more or less just install the entire thing to a single folder. There are many files which you would not need afterwards as well. I think portableapss has a good guide on how to do it yourself.
