How do you use these files when they are all rar files? Is there a certain way you need to get them in to VOB files to put on a DVD?

they way that the rar files usally go is u extract the first rar and it automaticly does the rest. most movies from torrents are .avi format but there is allot of free video converters out there. try www.snapfiles.com/freeware if u dont have 1 .if your like me & dont got the dvd burner,you can get a files splitter then convert them to vcd/svcd depending on what your dvd player plays.other than having to watch the first half then second half with the hassle putting both cd's in its not that bad.
