Both Decline I and II are yet to be mastered to a digital format (according to http://www.declinemovies.com/ ) but please realise that these films are worth purchasing as soon as you don't have to pay US$200 for a fucked, 2nd hand, 30 year old VHS copy of them which has signal bleeding from one layer on the VHS spindle to the next layer down on the spindle throughout the film. You likey filmy? Please buy it when it is released. SOURCE: DVD-Rip from the "Right Beyond" branded Thai DVD release of The Decline of Western Civilization - Part II. This was a very small volume pressed run from 2003 and I believe was the only instance where this film made it to release on DVD with the only other versions available being either VHS or in cinemas. ENCODE: DivX 5.x/6.x Video - 704x528 25fps progressive. Audio - 48000Hz 448kbps CBR AC3. G-Spot says 6 channel audio but i'm sure its just 2 channels. AGAIN, I WONT BE ABLE TO SEED THIS FOR TOO LONG OR AT HIGH SPEED SO PLEASE SEED TO OR PAST A RATIO OF 1.0

Hey guys, I have tried nero and divx to burn this file and still my dvd player is rejecting. Does anyone have any advice? I am using a NTSC DVD player not a PAL one.

Hey, Can you please add a full DVD-R rip of this? I've been trying to get this on DVD for years. I have a copy of this from an old VHS tape but the quality sucks. I was thinking of getting the Japanese Laserdisc of this but $78 is a bit too steep. I have a huge list of rare metal DVD's and alot more I can add if you can add this one please. I would buy this if I could but I don't have access to an ebay account currently, it is for sell on ebay though.
