It will work with windows vista 32-Bit that mean all of the versions , Vista Preimum Ultimate Basic and Business as long as it's 32-bit to find out if you vista O/S is 32-bit open my computer and click System Properties and it should say under system around the bottom: 32-Bit operating system OR 64-Bit operating system.

What u need to do is:
download latest Daemon tools lite software.
dload a working game .iso or other image type
save the .iso image or any sort of image
enable a virtual drive with daemon tools lite
enable all option on with the emulaion software i.e securom, rmps, safedisc.. make sure all are green and on
open C: run cd off virtual drive
ask me for elaboration of info.
