Still can't get crack to work. Any ideas? I get a message saying "Product Code has been removed" every time I try to open Pyware. Please help.

This works GREAT. Read the directions. I have a legal copy, but the crappy thing keeps making me call Pyware and reactivate it about once every month or two. I do not care to get the updates if it means my program is disabled for a couple of days while Pyware reactivates it.

One more note - I did not run the namechange script. So, if you are having problems, I would say uninstall all, and then reinstall without running the name change script. See if it works and the try running the name change script (if you want to do that - I do not care if my name does not appear on the drill).

I tried it with the name script and then again without it. Didn't work either way. The demo works alright, but when I apply the crack, it stops working. What operating system are the people that got it to work using? I'm using Vista Ultimate 32bit.

If running vista the program will only run correctly if it's compatible with Windows XP SP2 and if it's ran as an administrator. Simply right click the desktop icon, click on properties, and click the compatibility tab. Hope that helps.

Could someone help? I copied the files. I am running on vista and tried the things it says here about changing the compatibility and running it as an admin. No luck. I still get the registration screen. Any help?

This is extremely fusterating. I downloaded this program a couple of months ago, everything went well and the crack worked fine the first time. I reformatted my computer and reinstalled it again, now the crack wont work and gives me the demo version every time. Iv'e tried running it in compatibility mode, administrator mode, EVERYTHING. I do have a question, when you applied the crack did you simply "drag" the files to the location or did you delete the originals and simply replace them? Thanks.

Yeah, I am running the 64-bit version of Vista and I can't get it to work either. Vista must have provisions in it that prevent this type of crack, or something, I dunno. Any news on a new crack?

to run it properly on windows vista. Install the software first. Then click on the Start button and click on the Control Panel. then in the upper left-hand side click the Control Panel Home. then click the Programs button and then under Programs and Feature, find and click "Use an older program on this version of Windows." Follow the wizard and choose to pick a program and Pyware should be right on the top of the list. Run it under Windows XP SP2. When it gets to the part when it ask if you want to run it as an administrator, click the box. Then finish it up and your done. Then just follow the instruction under the torrent to activate it, and you can do the name changer and everything. hope this clears everything.

**How to Install in Windows 7**
Note: This program will only work under the Administrator account which is hidden by default.
1) Enable Administrator account: Right click command prompt and run as administrator, type
"net user administrator /active:yes" and press Enter.
2)Log off and log into administrator account
3)follow installation as normal, see instructions in file.
4) You're Done!

I've found it a lot easier (and saner since I don't have to do the Admin account route) to work this through Virtual PC. I put Win XP on there (it's here somewhere) and then updated to SP2. Then installed Pyware along with the .NET framework.
I just print them to .XPS files and throw them into Windows 7 for regular printing. Hopefully someone can work the newest version so we don't have to do weird workarounds.

If the "admin trick" doesn't work, here is the way around it (it's also less extreme than to get it to work under Windows 7 which is ridiculous).
Download Virtual PC 7 here: You'll be screamed at that you're not on a supported system if you're on Win 7 as the host system. This is fine and ignore it; it'll work.
then look for any generic Windows XP torrent (there's a really good one on here that is fairly up to date and cracked). Get it installed and then install VPC additions from the Action menu. You can now easily drag the entire Pyware folder into VPC. Install and use the crack as noted and it will run.
To print your charts, save them as .xps files. Then drag and drop the file back to the host system for printing from your regular printer. This method is tedious at the start of it, but it works.

I log in just to make comment and help u guys having trouble installing this.
I have downloaded and installed this software on my pc using Windows 7 Ultimate without any problem at all. Just follow the instruction STEP-BY-STEP and you will get to it.
The only extra precaution I did was
1) Switch off the antivirus right during downloading until the installation is complete
2) Switch off the internet during installation until the whole process is complete
3) Use the firewall to block Inbound and Outbound internet access of this application.

P/s - Anyway, for those of you being prompted for the key, here it is - '3DJPRO-123456-WMRJH'
Than again, if u have downloaded the software update before hand, this key might be useless. U also need to block the Inbound and Outbound internet access of this software at the firewall before inserting this key.
