lol at least he didnt point u to the one anr285 has. it contains win32.worm.autorun.inf virus.
no its not a false positive before ppl start flaming because after i found it (within 5 min of install my pc starting acting crazy) i ran my AV program and a program called combofix to repair the svchost.exe application error. so if anyone has downloaded that particular one heres your remedy.

Can someone help im new at this. it says this application has failed to start because d3dx9_40.dll was not found Re-installing the application may fix the problem. someone help.

It is asking for a file you will need to install direct X. Go to the microsoft site and install at least version 9 to have that file.
