GTA 4 Drunk cam fix

This fixes the "drunk cam" bug. Tested on sevral computers that had the same "drunk bug" and works fine. I did not make this fix, i just tok some files from here and there and woala! here you go, no fu*** cam bug. Just copy in to your game directory =) please be so kind to seed when done downloading so other peepz can have this fixed, and leave comment if this works for you or not. and remember to start the game from the launcher^^ Enjoy^^

this just made it a little longer before the drunk cam kicked in on mine.. any clue what I can do? is there a NEW patch or something? I have tried a few on here with no luck

@bigred120390 here this is a Commandline.txt that makes the game buttery-smooth even on slow computers (especially those who are getting little/no ram on their graphics menu):
