The easiest on-sceen player to change audio tracks is DivX Player, free download from http://www.divx.com. Just right-click and choose audio track.
My installation of Windows Media Player refuses to change audio tracks.

To remove the Italian (#1) soundtrack, you have to run the file through some kind of converter that lets you choose which soundtrack(s) to keep. Dr. DivX and several others permit this. You can also convert it to a DVD (VOB-files) with ConvertXtoDVD, probably right-click to remove soundtracks.

Try as I might, I just couldn't turn the English language on... It was Italian and Italian only!
The quality is pretty good, but only Italian.

I use VLC player. It changed the audio back to English with no problem. And then I just turned off the English subtitles. Worked great!
